Chelsea announces another exciting recruit with hard as nails mid fielder Scott (Scooter) MacLeod signing on for season 2020. Scooter returns to Chelsea after playing 54 Senior Games with The Club between 2010 and 2012. In 2013 he joined Frankston YCW playing in 4 Senior Premierships in seasons 2014, 2015, 2016 and 2017.
